Dongle
If the notification „Hardware protection not installed" appears after activation of the program, run program hdd32.exe, to be found in the HASP folder. If the same notification appears again after installing the dongle driver and restarting the computer, it means that the dongle has been decoded.
Mapper
Inertial „Z" movement
Verify the scroll setting in the mouse driver dialogue. See the chapter: 3D mouse.
Image flickering
Verify the plugging of the glasses emitter and if this does not help the batteries in the glasses must probably be changed (cordless version).
Cursor's diagonal movement
Set up the mouse movement direction in the driver. See the chapter: 3D mouse.
Cursor's "dragging"
The controller works on many different surfaces, except black ones that absorb the diode's light.
Uniform surfaces (without any pattern) are also unsuitable.
Problem with operation of the 3D controller's buttons in DEPHOS
This problem may occur in Windows 2000 system. In such case only three controller's buttons work (as mouse's buttons) and the others are not working, so it's impossible to operate the Dephos Mapper 3D system. In the control panel, in game controllers it is then displayed - USB device of HID interface. To install a controller properly import the latest Direct X and install it. After installation game controllers in the control panel is replaced with game options which means the installation went correctly. 3D controller should work well now.
Manager
Importing a project from IS causes „Invalid filename"
During the import the Manager copies the files to a temporary TMP folder defined in the registers during installation. That proves that the folder does not exist or there is too little space on the disk. Set up the key System->Tmpdir in the programme's registers so that it indicates an existing folder.
