Drawing DTM from photogrammetry
Previous  Top  Next

DTM (Digital Terrain Model) is made by collecting elements composing a terrain's surface, such as road edges, slope edges, terrain's characteristic points and then drawing a regular points grid. Grid points while drawing shall be placed in some distance from linear elements.
Correctness of a created DTM shall be verified by finding crossing errors, height and neighbouring points discrepancies and generated contour lines shall be verified if they don't come off the terrain.
